Absolutely underwhelmed. Arrived to find the place so hot I couldn't breathe, yet they expect me to pay to hire air conditioning. Soundproofing is non-existent! Heard everything, including my neighbours' midnight chat. With all these inconveniences, I expected a complimentary upgrade or something to salvage my experience-yet, I was treated like just another visitor. How disappointing.

Everything you need for a short city break is right there-it was spotlessly clean and equipped with essentials like tea and coffee, an iron, and even toiletries! The seamless check-in process with clear video instructions made my arrival stress-free, and the sense of security with strong locks gave me peace of mind.

WiFi issues plagued my stay, leaving me scrambling to find internet access elsewhere. The absence of air conditioning and the inability to open the windows wide enough added to the discomfort during particularly warm nights.
